I allow 10 days to return an item after it has been received by the buyer. If I have accidentally sent out the wrong order, please do get in touch with me so I can rectify it and send you the correct order. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 days after being dispatched, please get in touch with me so I can look into the situation and find your order. Refunds are dependant on the situation, but please reach out if you have any questions so I am able to figure something out.
